1. Application
Application Form with two 3.5cm ¡¿ 4.5cm photos taken within 6 months are required 30 days prior to departure.
Date change is considered cancellation, and cancellation charge effects.

2. Payment
Full payment required within 10 days of tour confirmation.

3. Cancellation policy
For any cancellations for confirmed arrangement, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged. EXODUS DMC has 30 day notice of cancellation policy. Cancellation received on the following days prior to arrival, effects the cancellation fees from the total cost as follow. Exodus DMC will not be responsible for factors beyond its control such as medical problem, airline strikes, boat or flight cancellation, or bad weather, etc.

4. Documents
Valid passport
For those who have dual nationality, please use only one passport that your have used for Korean immigration. In the event of using two different passports, you will not be able to get into North Korea.

5. Hotel
Moderate and standard class of hotels at Geumgangsan.
Geumgangsan hotel, Oegeumgang hotel, Family beach hotel, Haegeumgang hotel

6. Restaurant
In Geumgansan, four restaurants run by North Korean, and six others by South Korean. Reservation is always necessary. Meal coupons are available at the ticket window by the circus hall. Some restaurants are with high chairs, but some are with warm floor rooms. Restaurants in Gaeseong serve authentic Gaeseong style food. One is Baeksong and the other one is Tongilgwan both with high chairs.

7. Facilities
Duty Free Shop, Souvenir shop, convenience shop, photo studio, bank, hospital in Geumgangsan.
Souvenir shops in the complex of Goryeo Museum in Gaeseong.

8. Climate
Four seasons. Spring (March - May) is little chilly but soon becomes mild, Summer (June - August) sticky hot accompanying monsoon rain, Autumn (September - November) crisp and mild, and Winter (December to February) dry and freezing cold with snow.

9. Ideal time to travel
March to November except monsoon season (Mid-June to mid-July)

11. Currency
Korean Won, US Dollars and Credit cards are accepted in Geumgangsan, whereas only US Dollar in Gaeseong.

13. Travel Pass
Travel Pass, a sort of temporarily passport, is issued with your photo on and is worn by all visitors around the neck. Please keep your pass in a good condition until you get through North Korean immigration. Deformed or torn out pass causes a heavy penalty by the North Korean Authority.

14. Picture Taking
It is not allowed while travelling on the bus. Photos are allowed only at the designated places. The photo points and directions are given by the guide. Photos taken in the North are screened on your departure at the immigration, and to be deleted by the North if considered not proper images.

15. Prohibited Items
1) Binoculars, telescopes over 10 times magnifying power, cameras with the lens over 160mm, Film camera, Quick Snap camera and camcorders with zoom lens over 24 power based on the optical standard.
2) Printed handouts, religious books or materials, newspapers or magazine, recording tapes except for the traveler's cultural convenience purposes.

5) Cellular phones (To be stored in the South, and are returned to you after the CIQ)

16. Don'ts in the North Korea
1) Taking pictures of military installations, soldiers or guides, and picture taking while on bus travel.
2) Littering of garbage.
3) Smoking other than designated areas.
4) Damage or destroy of attractions.
5) Collecting plants, stones or soil.
